Could you do killer stomach workouts?
I really like this workout, not too long and not too short (i am still hungry with 5 minutes and exhausted after 15 :P) it burns day after the first time and not hard movements, thank you!!!

NOTE: To anyone feeling this more in their legs rather than their core, take this as a note. Both the rectus femoris (a quad muscle) and lower abdominals flex the leg at the hip. when you do these, put your hands on your lower abdominals and mentally focus on the muscles under your hands flexing and the muscles in your legs relaxing. If you still feel your legs engaging instead, than it means your lower abdominals are a weak. Just do an easier variation of this exercise or do other lower abdominal exercises till you build up your strength to do these properly. It is a very common compensating move. Just remember that multiple muscles can do the same move and with your focus on which muscle you want engaged, you can strengthen what you aim to.

The hardest ab exercise I've ever encountered. I am going to try this everyday. Right now my stomach feels like its been hit, I can hardly laugh.
