I thought this might be too easy but it's actually a great workout which is really easily adaptable to your level. I can have some problems with my knees so I just substituted some heavier weights on the shoulder press crunches or used very light weights for the bob & weave….I was breathing HARD!! Maybe I'm not as fit as I thought lol.
