Guys try to do this workout for 30 to 50 minutes. it should burn 1000/2000

i started working out during jan 2021 but unfortunately i stopped until april so i'm going to start back up again

day 1: started getting dizzy around 6 minutes in, i think i'll do the rest later
I have tried many workouts but none can beat this one
