For the backward lunges, I use a lighter 5lb weight. This is the best exercise for balance, which I have to remember to revisit!

The relatability you have, the tone of encouraging voice, the music selection and counter, the short times of workouts are all wonderful. Over time I've been able to incorporate you in each day.
