I hate being noisy. I can only work out in my tiny top story apartment. I barely have enough space for this and I don't wanna annoy my neighbours with the jumping 🙁

i have been following your workouts and i really feel great … you are really a great trainer !! !!!! i have just one question : is it ok to do to alternate between abs and core and arms workout ? some people said to me I should concentrate one day on one part of the body and others days work the rest …. what video should I do to burn the fat of the back of the waist ? …

I don't get much time to hit the gym neither can I afford to spend that much so I keep looking for videos like these but after watching so many HOME WORKOUT videos i can definitely say that your workout videos are simply the best. Not only do you have a nuance of exercises , you also make sure that we don't need equipments which is the basic requirement of home exercises. Thank you so much. Love from India❤

I was sweating for sure, however I live on the second floor of my apartment complex and I prefer exercises that do not have to much jumping expecially if combined with balance because I feel like I am being too loud.

Im glad I madeit through this one expecially after completing yesterdays 20 minutes arms and abs, and lets just say I'm sore.
