My 3rd doing this and kicks my ass everytime! I am a beginner any tips on what to take pre-workouts? I feel so tire to begin and up even more tired after any good recovery tips for afterwards and something to build stamina prior?

Loved this! Done it twice this week! But a word of warning I needed multiple lower body days of rest. So sore, but feels great! I love that it is so effective in 15 min. I used to think you had to work out for 30+ min, but not so. These days I rarely do workouts more than 15 min. Keeps me coming back and moving daily👍🙌👊Thank you!!!
