I love your workouts! thank u so much..however, I cannot do the full sit up with legs straight out on floor unless I put my arms out behind me suing some momentum.( not behind my head) . I can do all the others..What exercises can I do to work up to this?

Great workouts! I really enjoy all of them. The only thing, that I would be happy to have in addition as a beginner is tan explanation to each exercise about which muscle I should feel and which one I shouldn't, how to do the exercises correctly. Other than that thank you so much for your awesome workouts!

GUYS IM 15 YRS OLD 5’2 and 113 lbs AND I HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED HUMP ON MY STOMACH,, I ONLY HAVE A FAT STOMACH,, NOWHERE ELSE IS RLLY TOO FAT,, IF I TRY TO EAT HEALTHY AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER,, WILL I GET A FLAT STOMACH? I ALSO WOULD SWIM 4 DAYS A WEEK IN ADDITION TO DOING THIS CHALLENGE. SCHOOL IS STARTING VERY SOON FOR ME AND IM ALSO WORRIED I WONT HAVE TIME TO DO THE DAY’s WORKOUT BC ILL BE BUSY WITH SCHOOL.. PLS HELP ANY ADVICE? WILL I GET A FLAT STOMACH IF I DO THIS EVERY DAY FOR HOW LONG?

To be honest I prefer workouts without that much talking in between – I don't think it's too effective, if you are listening more of the time than actually doing the exercises…
