What exercise is for upper body
This is the 1st time I tried it: it’s tied at #1 with 20 min. Lower abs (pink pants) workout. Because it’s that hard (at least for me, for now). This: is a great thing.

LOVE this one, Maddie! I did this yesterday and then 2x today and am breathing so hard! I'd love to see more intense cardio strength workouts like this but longer if you're planning on doing that in the future!

There was a time when I was in pretty good shape. At 160 pounds I benched 300, lat pull downs 10×3 with 220, 300lbs (the max available) leg extension 20×3, did several miles of trail running, etc. That was half a lifetime ago or so, now this workout wrecked me, lol, it's never too late to get in better shape! I'm just glad I picked your 10 minute workout, any more and I might have had to call an ambulance…lol.
