Really good video ! I like it. I do every night, 6 min abs workout. How will it take time to see results ?
(I love ur kickboxing workout when I'm a little bit angry and your yoga exercises when I need to relax. Nice job! Before I hated sport but for one month ago I enjoyed it thanks to you ♥)

Hi Rebecca , do you recommend Jen Sinkler's lift weights faster program ? i'm really  confused because i found it for only 99$ for the golden pack for a limited time and i don't want to miss the chance if it worth it, i heard that it's highly recommended but still need your help

If she's using the weights you don't have to se the weights! Just do what she's doing just without ur weights 🙂 hope this helps

I love all of Rebecca Louise's workouts! It's like working out with your girlfriends. She's positive and motivating and knows how to push you through the challenging bits… And she dies it without being TOO peppy. Plus I love her accent! This is one of my personal favorites xhit workouts! Thank you!!

Hi Rebecca!! First of all, you're amazing, and so inspirational. Secondly, how heavy are the weights you're using in this workout?? I have been using the circle bits from my brothers but I'm buying my own rubber ones today, and I just need to know a general weight that will be good for most of the workouts you have on xhit hope you can help!! XX
