This seems like a great video BUT i would not say this is truly a beginner friendly weight lifting workout. It was too much for a beginner who is just getting into working out or even strength training. Much love though!!!

Why did she not do a light warm up? Straight into it!!! This video is meant to be for beginners so why not start with a light warm up to avoid injuries.

Today is my first day doing this workout and I feel amazing. I'm so proud of myself for doing the complete thing. I'm also happy that the moves were easy to do and I felt I could finish easily because they looked doable.
