LOVE your workouts, but the camera following your jumps up and down is just not good 🙁
I love all these workouts! But some of the camera motions following her when she is jumping/moving are giving me motion sickness.

Great workout but the camera person is horrible! I had to turn it off because I was getting motion sickness, tell your camera person not to move the camera up and down when you jump or lift your legs for kicks.

I`ve been using this vertical jump program “takom fetching network” (G0OGLE it) for 5 days and I already have gained about 4-5 inches. I really believe in this plan hands down. Of all the programs I`ve tried before, this one is the greatest. .
