Ok so today was my first day comming back to excercise after like 4 months and I felt like diying but I’m ok, its all part of the process and I loved I didn’t anything but my body to do it, my knees didn’t hurt and I’m ready to continue tomorrow 💪🏼

I sweat every time I do your exercise. Love it. It is easier for women after 50 to do the standing ab exercise.

If you can’t really feel it in your abs, go slower and take your time so you can really focus in on crunching and squeezing your abs 🙂
Thank you. I have fibromyalgia and was gaining weight because of it. I went from size 3-5 to 10-12. I can't overexert myself doing exercise. I do it in segments and it works out. I have been able to fit back into my clothes and I have hope of maintaining my weight this way. Thank you.
