Great workout but stop talking so much throughout the workout…
HI Rebecca,I found this workout quite good as I could feel me muscle working strait after the only comment I would have is I find when I do the plank I think it is more affective to do some movement as well. also when I workout I just want to do the work out and not have to much stoping or talking in between  as this takes away from the workout time eg video time 15:55 and workout is about 11mins and I found it ok first time you do but then you just need to do the workouts and move on with your day I often skip to net video other wise could add a other 10 min to my workout all up thanks. Pamela Handrolias
