Wow my cores getting stronger cuz this was easier than usual
I really love the exercises, they're not just your average ab moves….super creative! The breaks are too long though, it doesn't really let you feel the burn :/

What is the song in the very beginning and end?
Decent workout but in order for this to be a total core workout, as advertised, there needs to be some lower and mid back work, like superman's, that's core too
I haven't visited this workout for a while as there are so many others that I also feel the benefit from. This one must also go on the do often list!
