I know this is an older video but I really enjoy it and come back to it often as a intense core workout. Would be great to have more of these that do different ab exercises, so that I could mix it up day by day or week by week i.e. 500 REPS ABS Workout Challenge Mix 1, Mix 2, etc?

I started mad fit 4 months ago and haven't missed a day. I've lost 18 Covid pounds (now 130) and I'm getting toned . Loved this one. It was easier than I expected, but felt the ab burn. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INSPIRATION AND MOTIVATION
