WORKOUT (Upper body & HIIT, Week 3 of Cut. Reload):

Take 45s-90s rest between each set and exercise. The workout should take you about 70mins (:

5-10 minute warm-up (for full warm-up video:

– Seated pull-ups – 3 x 12 reps
– Alternating single arm dumbbell snatch – 3 x 12 total reps
– T-bar row – 4 x 10 reps
– Landmine rotations – 3 x 8 total reps
– Wide arm lat pull-down – 3 x 12 reps
– Cable flyes – 4 x 8 reps
– Dips – 3 x 6 reps
– Hyperextensions – 4 x 16 reps
– Bent over curls (with plate) – 4 x 8 reps
– Tricep pushdowns – 3 x 12 reps

– HIIT (20min):
– Resistance band sprints – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– Backward banded squat jumps – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– 1 min rest
– Dynamic knee raises – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– Abducting fast feet – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– 1 min rest
– Toe-touch sit-ups – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– Side to side jumps – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– 1min rest
– Tuck jumps (replace with squat calf raises for low impact)- 4 x 20s on, 10s rest
– Raised opposite toe taps – 4 x 20s on, 10s rest

Hi Natacha! I purchased Cut. reload and I’m loving it so far (on the first week)! Does the time frame that you give for each workout include warmup and stretching afterwards? Also, what warmups and stretches do you recommend? Lastly, my gym doesn’t have a barbell that I can do the landline rotations with so it there an alternative? I always avoided diets because I thought I wouldn't be able to eat pizza or pancakes. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet allows me to have cheat meals and still keep my fitness journey on track. If you don't believe me, visit their site and try it yourself.

You said you just buy it once and can use it forever 😍 so, when you complete the plan do you just keep going back to week 1? Obviously I understand I may want to change to a different program but if I haven’t reached my “cut” goal is that the best way to do it?? X

You keep promoting intuitive eating etc yet aren’t educating people on the importance of fat as a tissue in hormones, happiness and overall health, and instead enforcing diet culture and mentality where we’re being encouraged to rid and ‘burn’ this. and despite trying to encourage eating plentifully and allowing yourself to have ‘cheat days’ you still compensate in your videos with a heavy workout. really just regurgitating the diet and ED mentality… I really like you and your videos but this is really destructive, and really just reflects you’re not able to feel good without excercise, when a healthy mind doesn’t need to rely on sport to feel good.

I can't believe I found this website. Agoge Diet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

I always feel weird saying I want/am trying to lose fat. I feel like a lot of people want to but at the same time slightly judge others when they hear someome say they're trying to lose. But I want to lose because I have a decent amount of muscle but I don't look it. Maybe it's superficial, but I want to look how I feel: strong. (Slowly getting there!)
