At the beginning of each of your workouts can you please state if you are repeating. I feel like I just wasted my time on another one of your workouts. so frustrating. I just really hate repeating workouts too many of them to repeat
Second time around on the Jan workout and I managed to do the bicep curl+in and out legs with 6lb weights??? I'm shocked that this is even possible at this point
