This made my lower abs burn! Great ab workout!
Long time subscriber! Love your videos. But it is aggravating that an advertisement plays 5 seconds before the last exercise is finished and I have to get up to skip it.

june 19th 2021 workout complete. i have trouble with one workout, its called bicycle legs. The joint in my inside tight makes a noise and feel like its rubbing. how can i stop this. what am i doing wrong?
