Man its so crazy to see so much hate and sidewayz comments. How many of you cats are actually in your gym training or are you on that third week of ill start tmrw. This dudes put up video's for people who actually need that extra step in their game.All you hear is shit like chicken legs, correcting form. Im sorry but when you putting up that much weight you might go round i dont thinking those chicken leg matter when your squatting 4+. Whats your squat like? Whats your PR on DL when your just trying to mentally put yourself in another world to just lift something off the ground. Once again shoutout to cats like @***** @Robdidit32 and other youtube motivation guys who take time during a 18 hour day of training other people to put up these videos.
