How about a workout for people with fractures wearing a walking boot? I'm almost a month in with a metatarsal fracture on my left foot. For 2 weeks I was not allowed to walk and had to stay in bed with my foot up. The last to weeks I was given permission to put my foot down and walk only with a walking boot. I am allowed to take it out 3 times per day and have to wear it even during sleep. I'm not sporty but being confined to bed for such a long time, my body is not in best shape, nor my morale! 😐 If you could create an exercise for people in my situation would be nice! Thank you and so looing forward to doing my daily exercises from your channel. Being healthy is taken so much for granted and when smth happens, only then you realize how lucky you were!
I did the other not beginner one and saw Jesus. This one is much more my speed. Especially liked to talk of focal points for mind muscle connection during the workout.
