When she's swinging her arms or hopping or whatever, the camera doesn't need to move up and down. It makes it difficult to watch when the camera moves so quickly like that. I've noticed this kind of filming in a few other vids and tbh it's starting to put me off this channel which is a shame because the workouts are really good. I really hope this stops
