Saturdays is an off day from training… Off days usually mean either functional training or some sort of ‘cardio’ however cardio for me is not treadmills, or stair climbers… Today was pushing the prowler for 1 half of mile… I tried to run the entire time… I took breaks but every time I was in motion I tried running… I usually run stairs or hike on saturdays but this was waaay more difficult….

legit… for cardio sometimes i alternate between prowler sprints and sledgehammer swings.. only takes me about 8-10 cycles of that till im ready to puke. Mike is the real deal!!!!
