Just wondering for all the dumbbells used in your workouts, whats the recommended weight used? 2kg each side?
you have such a nice body!! obviously it's toned but at the same time feminine and sexy, really nice job!! i want to train and get a more toned and fit body but also want to emphasize or build up some curves. just like VS models have 🙂 maybe not as perfect but yah 😀
