His legs might look small on video but the dude is a beast. Strong as fuck, does plenty of squats, and he is pretty much all muscle!

Watchin you has totally changed the way I workout. Im naturally not as strong as you but im up to 60 reps on every exercise i do and I do 3 exercises per body group 4-5 days a week. I used to do 12- 10- 8- 6- 4- Progressing in weight.. But 60 reps without going over 50% of my 1RM has helped me more than I ever though.AS CT SAYS>> FUCK OVERTRAINING LOL… Im trying to eventually get to 100 reps but 80 is going to be task…

Throwin' the weights to make room for the rest of his sets obviously, can't coach a player while he's in his zone. If you work out in a gym that doesn't bitch about that kinda thing….might as well. Next time you should end your sentence with "in my bitch ass opinion." Cause only in your fairy opinion is that "mad unnecessary"
