This is my 27th day while i have doing your workout videos on YouTube. I would like for you to be my fitness trainer to keep me mind that i am doing fasting. I will get hungry but i am going to drink a lot of water. Keep me in mind that i am not eating at all tomorrow. Kaley

I'm unfortunately not allowed by my doctor to do excersies that applies pressure over my stomach because I've a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease and pressure over the stomach may worsen it. So I'm not sure that I can follow along with an excersie like this. I also have way too much fat over my abs. So even if I did it, it wouldn't show.

Thank you Scott Herman for this ABS workout for today. I have made through the day without eating. I have been drinking 5 cups of coffee today to keep me full. I will make it through Thursday without eating tomorrow and I will eat Friday though. Kaley

Hey Scott, I am a beginner and I started doing this last week (3x per week). But my ABS are not sore, my neck is. What am I doing wrong? Am I lifting with my neck instead of my ABS? What to do with it? Thanks.

Great video. Question when I start to do abs workout I get big time cramps on my abs that does not let me continue the work out. Is that because lack of drink water??

This was great! Managed to push myself more than ever, all these things like "it's only 15min, "abs can handle a lot of abuse" that you said and constantly motivating like "keep pushing", "you can do it!" was exactly what I needed at those moments when I was about to give up. Thank you!
