Omg this workout is absolutely amazing😍 like it actually works & I've seen a difference in my legs because they have gone bigger which I am pleased with & it's quite evident because when I look down my quads bulge out whereas before nothing bulged out because there was nothing there!😂 but yeah I really do recommend this workout and even doing it for a week will make a difference!!

This cracks me up, Rebecca says you can do these exercises waiting for a bus, but I can't imagine the stares I'd be getting from attempting squats. In any case, I only do these exercises 2-3 times a week and I've done them for about 2 months, and already I see significant progress. My fiancee loves the results too 😉

Whenever I do squats, my knee cracks but it doesn't hurt.. Is that normal or bad?

요근래 안하다가 다시 시작하는데 쉬고 다시해서 그런지 호흡도 그렇고 자세도 무릎에 힘 안가해지게 자세가 잘 되는 것같아요. 땀빼니까 좋네요 ㅎㅎ
