First time doing this video – I managed not to drop my arms doing these 4minutes sets but I most definitely will drop my arms during the rest of the day because I can't feel them anymore 🙃

I felt like I couldn’t keep up with this one and by the time I knew what we were doing it was already 30 seconds into the 1 minute. Also how the heck do you do a push up with your arms backwards

My wife has been doing MadFit since quarantine started while I was doing HIIT. This is my first MadFit and WOW, this is deceptively tough – and heck no I couldn't 'not' drop my arms at the end, hahaha. Great workout.
