Everyone says standing behind the head shoulder presses are bad for your rotator cuffs. I've been doing this exercise for a while and never had any problems but everyone seems to frown at it. Anyone agree with it being bad?

for everybody saying you cant overtrain unless you on roids is foolish and probably weak ass fuck. the army basic training is even worse than mike rashid workouts by ten fold and nobody is basic training is on roids or even using any supplement. i seen a 300 pound rookie soldier lose 100 pounds in a month from army training and many others. so if you think overtraining is possible only on the roids, shut up and keep your ignorance to yourselves
Natural, not natural, who cares. take the training tips for what they are. you want roids, take them, dont want roids, dont take them. there are great workout tips and such in here.

man.. I trained shoulder as fuck. So my shoulders were huge than my pecs, this situation makes my upper body like invaginated shape, now this important guys dont do that , do train equally every muscle parts.

Wouldn't behind the head make for more anterior delt activation not less? Rotating your arm that far back places the load almost entirely on that muscle while the lateral and posterior stabilize.
