I am disappointed. This is not an inner thighs workout considering there is only 1 exercise that is specifically for the inner thigh muscles. It's a nice overall legs and booty workout but definitely not what I had expected. (not that you'd ever read and respond to this, but anyway)
Kelsey, could you do a gentle-but-effective leg workout for people who have weak or recovering knees? Lunges and step-ups hurt my knees, but my thighs still need a lot of toning. 🙂 Thank you!
Not sure where to leave this comment, but is there a way that XHIT could put what equipment is needed in the details about the video. It's hard to have everything ready when I don't know what I'll need. Love the workouts though.

There are so much workouts for legs, butt and abs and they are all very good but I wish there were some more workouts for the chest..

I am loving this channel. I use these videos to supplement my daily workout. They have definitely made a significant difference in my daily routines!
