@Bella Michaelis maybe you should make some exercise after belly workouts? Workout should make you sweat, because you must lost fat and when you want did it, you must work minimum 30 minutes.
Is it enough to do one XHIT workout in one day? Im new to this and could really use some help. How about you do a video explaining how many times a day or week and which kind of workouts should we do in a week.

dose this aid with those of us who have bigger butts to make them somewhat smaller like rihannas
