If I do your boot camp workouts all summer, will it help me prepare and be ready for cross country in the fall? Or will I have to do actual running to prepare?

The 2 dogs i had when i lived with my mom used to help like that, when i worked out, that would lazy around 🙂 I now have a cat that teases me when i do plank exercises, she rubbs her head against my face to get me out of balance 🙂
