Props for what you do and how you market your workout ethic, I love it! I do your workouts and I've seen massive gains. But the only thing I dislike is your squat technique.. Eventually you're gonna have knee issues and you're gonna shrink from doing high bar! I don't wanna see that happen to you man!

Haha is that all , I have dead lifted 900 lbs called a horse that coud not walk up into its transport cuse it had the westnile virus so I had 5 pepole watching as I single handedly lifted him into the transport ,so try that o by the way iam 5foot4 and yes a cowboy and no I never hurt my self doing it just a small far hear and there lol . Try to match me if u can!!!!!!!!!

The 20 rep range is killer. I've done a phase where it was 225-245 for 3 sets of 20 with just 1 min rest periods between sets. Gets ya turned up.

Good set..I suppose to do squats today so ill try 185 20 times..keep motivating and doing your thing..and the fit is that high school wear..stretch jogging pants and boots..our coach made us wear boots to get parallel better

He isn't on gear guys. My workout partner can do this. Its just training the muscles for endurance sets. Muscle memory, call it what you want. Learn to push through the burn and not pussy out. Stop hatin on this guy.
