Still choose to do this one , try the other booty workout. This one seems more knowledgeable n safe to do without hurting myself, n see the results. It seems Asian booty take longer time to see the result though. HaHa!

it seems to me that the breathing is wrong. It has been taught to me that you INHALE during "rest" and EXHAUST during exertion
