I did this excercise 3 times straight and ya this hurt like helll and I'm really sore and can nearly walk lol also guys is you plan on doing this you must eat lots of calories I use a calorie tracker to help me track how much I eat also drink lots of water

So I did this again but I only did it once but I plan on doing it again tonight it still hurts because my legs are sore I dont see anything yet but it only the second day
