have done before, having worked out with you 2 since Jan 2016 5 days a week and I have done every single one of your well over 600 workouts, Im going to keep this workout for every Friday, to make sure I do some kind of Yoga Pilates stretch each week as Im terrible for patients to do them.
I had a problem in my 🦵leg few months ago, but by doing this stretch routine, my legs became fine love it

I got back pains for about weeks that didn't go away. I did got myself a lumber pillow to help support my back, that only gave me some relief but not 100% relief. I am so glad I find this channel, after I try this lower body active stretch routine video, I feel completely free of pain. I will continue doing these stretches, this really help. Thank you!
