I make sure that my knees do not pass my toes, and I make sure that my knees are pointed outwards but my knees still hurt after I do squats. Any suggestions?

HI Rebecca! I am 15 years old and I've been working on my abs for a solid 6 months. My stomach hasn't shown much progress and I don't understand why? I have a clean diet and I work out for an hour a day. The fat on my stomach won't go away no matter how many fat burning work outs I do. Any help?
