Gonna try to do this everyday, although I have a pretty flat stomach anyway from where I had an Op on my stomach one side is bigger then the other which bothers me.. I told the doctor about it and she said that there is not anything they can do but try to exercise it, though I'm not sure it will do anything.. but hey, worth a try.

I workout everyday 1 hour and 15 min abs workout it hurts and feels good
