This was a weird one for me. I love the location and like the variety but don't like his workouts that he makes up on the fly. They just don't flow as well and he doesn't give himself enough time to do a demo between the moves. I can see what people mean about there being no timer but I've done so many like this that I don't notice it.
Great workout! Love the view as well.
I generally like Joe’s training sessions and try to do one most days but this was my least favourite so far. The exercises themselves were fine but it wasn’t always clear enough when the next exercise was starting so I found myself having to keep skipping back as I’d missed the start. The newer recorded sessions are much better and easier to follow.

Great 20 minute workout – I combined it with some kettlebell and extra abs work. I love these ones with different exercise as it keeps the mind active with it; too repetitious I find begins to affect my performance. Only thing I will say is that like quite a few others, it seems, I kept thinking something was a demonstration and not the actual 40 seconds, and had to keep backing up to get them all in!! 🙂
Does this help me gain weight?
Great working out with you. But it's a bit hard to know when you start the exercises. So a timer would be great 🙂 Other that that It was really good.
Loved it, missed the start once or twice. Age 66 getting fit 😁😁😁

Great workout but very unclear when to stop and start
I love the setting of this one. I toned down a couple as I’m still recovering and getting my fitness back. I’m pleased I managed 40/20. Thanks Joe for helping me to feel happy x

Nice selection of exercises and the background is pleasantly diverting. Be warned that sometimes what looks like a demo is actually the start of an exercise – they're very hard to spot otherwise. If you move when Joe moves you won't miss much!
And the double arm reach up, grab something and smash it on alternate knees is a good alternative to tuck jumps for those who shouldn't be doing super high impact. 😀

I’ve been doing low impact as I have painful feet but decided to go for it today with this one. I swapped out the tuck jumps for squats. It’s a great work out! As always thanks so much Joe x
