A kettlebell is a great piece of kit that you’ll find in most gyms or you can buy a small set and keep them at home.
Find a weight that suits you and try this full body workout.
Start by doing each exercise 10 times and then work your way down to 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.

Great workout, although he was "going slow" not slow enough if you have to change bells in between exercises, a few seconds in between would have been enough to pick up the lighter or heavier weights to suit your ability, as unlikely to dead lift the same as a shoulder press! . But still a great workout 👍
As I don't have any weights, I used a couple of tins (baked beans) to improvise 👍🏼🏋🏻

Great work out, did it in around 20mins with 10KG kettle bells. Blasted the shoulders, but feels great.
Count backward that way you won't loose count. Count toward one.
Nice workout though, just did it with past you.

I just did this one with 8Kg. I only had one and improvised. My shoulders are on fire!!

I only had one 16kg kettlebell. But I managed to keep up. Great workout Joe. Definitely going to buy a second kettlebell. Will help with balance. 👍🏼

Ha ha – thats brutal! 24 kg 10-1 ladder with that many exercises?! This guy is very fit and has good form, but I kinda suspect that he almost bit off more than he could chew 🤣 Very good effort though!

not trying to be an expert but I dont think that inward movement for your knees will fuck them up eventually at 2:18

I'm going to attempt to do this. Apart from shoulders what are the other main muscles worked in this circuit? Also, whats the aim of this type of workout? Muscle building, tone?

Bloody good workout, builds such a strong core and works so well on stability and explosive strength
