This workout is made up of 3 different circuits. We’re going to work hard for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds, and repeat each circuit 5 times.
This workout lasts for 15 minutes and you don’t need any equipment or a gym – you can do this HIIT session anywhere.

I found this one a bit hard to follow because you didn’t say what the exercises were before the beginning of each first round and I also found it hard to hear the tkme

Possibly the best hiit circuit along with another 12minute tabata style one you've uploaded. Been doing this one for months, but my body never seems to get used to it unlike other circuits which become easier on the 2nd-3rd time.. More like this please!

This is probably the best hiit workout I’ve experienced. Very effective, challenging towards the end but damn.. fires up your core! I’ve tried so many workouts but with this workout I was consistent and it showed me results… amazing for your overall body!

There seems to be an odd jump at the beginning, I couldn't figure out how much had been missed after that, it was like jumping into the middle of a routine with no instructions.

I came across this by accident Jo on my tv you tube after doing another 20 min work, what a big mistake that was, I completed it but, i was finished. that's session just on its own !!!!
Naughty it was. I best dial it back a notch since I took a month off. Ha. Still with you though, a year later.
This was killer lol after round one I had to improvise the other work outs . I usually do 10 to 15 min hiit work outs fine but this was something else XDDD lol
