When they said 8kg for a female I laughed. I’ve got 6kg and it’s hard enough. You overstate our general level of fitness! Gonna do this routine every morning and gym 3 times in the week 🙂

Uhm even if I wasn't drunk while trying this (which is the only time I can force myself to exercise) I would have crushed my nuts with those moves

Just started this today. Was able to make it through 4 rounds with 25lb kettlebell. It kicked my, but I’m committed.

These swings are too fast and jerky for a beginner. A good way to pull a shoulder muscle.
Thank You so much. Trying back to ketllebell training and I have tried to lift up higher than shoulders and been dissapointed can't do it even 8kg. If You Two train moving lower than shoulder hight, it has to be enough. So thank you giving me believe it is enough staying low and maybe add moves after, or not.

Thank you, as truck driver (Lorry driver) in America, we don’t get a lot of time or gym nearby so we could workout and this will do what I’m in need of.
