OK…Tom is a hottie!!!
please add the name of your guest on the title, otherwise, it's just plain rude of you and very selfish to add.
Love this!! Kettlebells really help with my posture too! My favourite kind of workout!
So good! Was looking for the correct form. Glad you did this video!!
Does this guy have a channel? I love my kettle bells but there aren't many fitness channels who use them
Tom is pretty fit!😉
Great video! X
Great video! 🙂
How many reps/sets for each exercise?
Literally saw this yesterday today went out and bought me a pair of kettlebells😊
What the best shoes for training in a gym
Whats the best kettle bell weight to get Joe?
why not go barefoot?, to get proprioception in your feet to the floor, then you can jam your heels into the ground 😀
great kettlebell workouts on the Pat Flynn channel
Thanks for the great video, seeing you struggle a bit on the harder moves was great for teaching as well. Being new to this its helpful to know what to watch out for and how to correct it.
Nice one guys nice to see this proper forms not as most seen from y/t stay STRONG 😉
Dear body coach tv dude. Will you marry me? Thanks. Good day 😉
Thank you for the video! My first time using my 8kg kettle bell and I feel like I've done a great workout. Thank you
Such a great video..loved this
No knowledge on the kettlebell. what kind of a clean is that ?……sloppy .
Here's to hoping someone reads this who has more knowledge than me.
Keep in mind I am completely new to kettlebells and have been largely inactive as far as extracurricular exercise goes. While doing these workouts (especially the swing) and the next day, I feel tightness (I feel as if it's just muscle being worked) in my upper back. The best way for me to place it, is along my spine on both sides is where I feel the most soreness and tightness. My question is, is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong? I'm okay with the soreness as long as it's from the exercise and not from making a mistake. Thanks to anyone that can help!
thanks for timeless content; just incorporated this kettlebell routine today in my workout and it kicked ass.
This was brilliant!
My wife and I think this a great routine. Really gets your heart rate up and gives you a good workout.
What is tom's @name? Just curious…
Got me sweating super quick! Great little workout!
Lol your technogym master didnt correct the dangerous neck form in your swing. You must have noticed it when you edited the video and still put it out there for people to copy
How long will
Thanks Joe and Tom for the lesson will use it in my sessions xx
"warm up"
Starting weight 12kg as a man?! Fucking hell. I started with 8kg and it’s perfect to start with.
Great for those of us in places without gym access or who can't afford one
Love that. Thanks guys… First time using kettle bells, 8Kg… I can do this! Yippee. Hot, hot, hot.
Okay quick qq tho
It seems like hes not hingeing enough
Am I wrong?
How is the guy a kettlebell master and can't even teach him how pick it up and start the swing properly
You seem to shout a lot!
