Hi Joe, thank you so much. I have been following your exercises for a long time and they work very well. I recently had a baby and now my core is all gone along with flabby stomach. Do you have any exercises specific to rebuild core and improve the flabby stomach. Or is this abs workout enough? Thanks

Really enjoy your ab sessions – they're definitely intense and effective! I've got a weak back at the moment so I'd love to see an abs workout that is more on the front and less lower back please!

Really effective
Joe, this 61 year old acting as a carer all through the lockdown has done all the workouts plus some extra ones on youtube every day since the second week. You are raising my spirits and keeping me going. Bit stumped today with the sit ups as I cannot sit up from lying down yet. Jow do I build up to that and what is the best exercise to do if I can't do that one? (I can do most of the harder ones).

I've been looking for a good abs video I can share with my Primary P.E. class that had a good variety of exercises and fully clothed instructors. It took me a while, but I'm glad I finally found your video!
Friday 26th Feb 2021 – Joe's internet is down today, so no live PE with Joe (Fancy Dress Friday)! Doing this instead. Session 56 for 2021.
Life hack, watch at slower playback speed for a more intense workout
I feel like this could be a big help to some people. PAIN IN YOUR LOWER BACK IS NOT GOOD. it means your abs are too weak and you're putting all the weight of the exercise onto a muscle called the hip flexor which is dangerous. this can damage your posture and lead to injuries. if you feel pain in your lower back after repeating the exercise 3 or 4 times, stop doing it and replace it with an ab exercise which isn't painful. the reason your lower back hurts is because your abs aren't strong enough, do other exercises to build up your abs until you are strong enough to do it without pain
Pro tip- change the speed to 2x so you can get it done in only 4 minutes.
