Having stared at your videos in my subscription list for a couple of months, I finally decided to give one a go, and for some reason started with this one. Made it to about 18 mins with weights about half as heavy as yours. Might try a beginners one next!
Just attempted this for the first time and thrilled that I managed to complete it. Utterly drenched in sweat and already dreading a repeat of this next Monday, ha!
