Got through 3 rounds and had to quit, know I should have pushed myself for the forth but that is just way to much of a leg workout for me. Maybe some other time

After putting ON too much fat over the past year I am taking action in 2021, today I did this work out, my very first HIIT workout, and my first proper work out for over 2 years! I loved it! Worked hard, built up a sweat, got aching muscles, but absolutely brilliant. And I was able to do it in my office! Thank you

Never felt at my fittest until i did JW's workouts back in 2019. Now I really need to lose the lockdown weight fro mthe last 12 months and this workout was perfect as a beginner. I do them about 4/5 times a week and they make a big difference. Brilliant workouts for when stuck at home sedentary = all great variations depending on individual.

Ok personally 3 minutes in, and on the squats, my legs are weak af, because I previously injured both my knees. Gotta focus on upper body I guess, work on leg strength separately

I made it to 10 minutes and had to drop out. I'm sweating like a pig. looks like this absolute beginner training is too advanced for me. what comes before the absolute beginner? that's me. maybe one day I can make all four rounds and proudly call myself a beginner

My dearest Joe wicks I do this workout every morning and I feel energised and ready for the day, thanks to this one I am in much better shape and not feeling poorly or aching in my knees, hip and back as much, will move onto the next level when I can get through the first round, until then I'm staying with this one, thankyou so much, you have made losing weight much more fun for me, oh yeah, fiancée has just started and doesn't get through 1 round but he watches your video and we do this together, I do all 4 rounds great workout and worth persisting with it

Hello, does anyone have an alternative to the power knees? For some reason my knees really hurt when I do them, but I dont want to not do anything then.
