Great workout. I have been doing this everyday for the past 2 weeks. The results have been incredible. Makes me bloody hungry though.
This was solid. I added 20 sprints in the end. Joe Wicks is not a hype job.

I love and hate burpees… Great workout… I prefer with music without speaking but I turn some on headphone and it was perfect?!!!!

Using this as a warm up for the gym is not a smart idea though, almost passed out halfway through my program and had to cut it short 😭🤣 I keep coming back to this challenge specifically !!! I love it 💪🏽
