To celebrate reaching 500K subscribers, I did this brutal 500 rep workout. This isn’t easy trust me. I had to take small breaks so take your time and make sure you keep up good form.
Give it a go. You can also come back and try and beat your previous time.
Comment below with your time. I did it in 20 minutes 43 seconds – see if you can beat it.

Epic workout!
Did a half marathon on Sunday. I didn't manage to run as much as I wanted in the last 3 weeks. Did you're work outs whenever I could find 20 mins. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks Joe. And this is perfect

I was starting to get stiff in my old age (31) and a friend recommended trying your hiit sessions, been at them since January, three or four times a week and I've felt a huge improvement, much more energy and feel a lot looser. Thanks and congrats on the milestone!
Oh wow! I did this yesterday and it was fantastic! I (apparently) am a sucker for punishment.. and am struggling to move today! Those push-ups were ridiculous! I had to pause you on those, for the first time ever!
This video will definitely be my monthly fitness test now, trying to beat my time!

Done!! I was so afraid because at the begining I understood that we are going to do 100 burpees, but then, when I saw the mountain climbers I was so relieved (who was going to tell me that one day I´ll be relieved by these lol). The push ups really killed me, but I managed to do 80! I´m so happy.

This is one I keep coming back to again and again because it helps me keep a good amount of muscle tone. More like this where you reach failure on each exercise would be great! Thanks again Joe.

Muscles like jelly now, had to pause during press ups as they are always my weakness! Will try again in few more weeks as keep falling off the wagon a bit last 6 months. I think I will struggle at work tomorrow, now for coconut pancakes!

Loved this, I wanted a longer workout so you inspired me to add 100 burpees (just in and out, no chest to floor), 100 tuck jumps, 100 explosive Star jumps, 100 dumbbell shoulder press (4kg weights) and 100 triceps dips. Time was 38.39 though I stopped the clock after your workout for prob a min. Thanks Joe 👍🏼
Great workout. I have a suggestion. Can you add the timer on the video in a count down style maybe in top right corner. This would help cause sometimes I dont hear the bell. Also would be great to have the next workout or even the entire circuit somewhere visible so followers can continue ahead if they are faster.
