Pretty cool workout, although I wished you incorporated some moves for the back!
This workout is 12 minute workout
Exercise 1: Squat down then curl for 10 reps .
Exercise 2: Shoulder press for 10 reps.
Exercise 3: 10 pushups.
Exercise 4: 10 crunches (whilst keeping legs in a Russian twist position.
Repeat nonstop 12 minutes.

Loved this Joe. 12 minutes is perfect for Christmas Eve morning. I have so much to do today but this workout is so convenient. I tick off strength as done. I now just need to take my dog out for a long walk and I can get started on the house (another workout)😀. Have a Happy Christmas everyone and a safe and healthy New Year.
