Hey Joe. Started my Phase 1 today after some 4 months of illness and test. Finally got the all clear and just finished this with you. Couldn’t quite put in the speed but I finished it. Burpees are the hardest. Well it’s all hard really but that’s the point isn’t it, a workout! Lol. I’m sat here, feeling great that I did it and sweating like a soaked sponge. Now protein pancakes for breakfast

I've been doing these work outs 4/5 times a week since lockdown and I feel great. I prefer these hiit sessions to the gym sessions I use to do.

Trouble with one's like the running into burpees is that by the time I'm off the ground, you're doing another burpee 😂
