Something a bit different this week. We’re slowing things down with a dumbbell workout, focussing on reps.
5 rounds | 5 exercises | 10 reps on each exercise
10 x Shoulder Press
10 x Bicep curl
10 x Weighted Lunges
10 x Chest to floor Press Ups
10 x Raised Leg Crunches

Awesome, good video to get started with dumbells, what weight dumbell is it best to start with? Would 5kg dumbells be ok?
Really enjoyed this. It is so good to get back into strength training. Looking forward to seeing you at Legs, Bums and Tums HiiT tomorrow morning. I think my upper body will be saying HELLO tomorrow.

Enjoyed this one – quite challenging with no breaks but good. More dumbbell, kettlebell and abs combined please

had to stop after two sets because my body was like jelly – fingers crossed thursday i can go all the way to the five set mark – also , any idea why i was mad shaky when it came to doing press ups and lunges?
